Your Subscription

View your current plan details, upgrade or downgrade, and manage your subscription settings.

Viewing Your Subscription

Navigate to Subscription in your server dashboard to see:

  • Current Plan - Your plan tier (Starter, Pro, Elite, Ultimate)
  • Status - Active, Canceled, Past Due
  • Billing Cycle - Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
  • Next Payment - Date and amount
  • Payment Method - Card ending in XXXX

Subscription Status

StatusMeaning
ActiveYour subscription is current and paid
CanceledWill end at current period end
Past DuePayment failed - action needed
ExpiredSubscription has ended

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

To upgrade to a higher plan:

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select your new plan
  3. Review the price difference
  4. Confirm the upgrade

What happens:

  • New resources available immediately
  • You pay the prorated difference now
  • Future billing reflects the new plan

Downgrading

To downgrade to a lower plan:

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select the lower plan
  3. Review the changes
  4. Confirm the downgrade

What happens:

  • Change takes effect at next billing date
  • Continue with current resources until then
  • Credit applied to future billing

Before downgrading, ensure your storage usage is below the new plan's limit.

Changing Billing Frequency

Switch between monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing:

  1. Click Change Billing Cycle
  2. Select your preferred frequency
  3. Review the pricing
  4. Confirm the change

Longer terms = more savings:

  • Quarterly: 10% off
  • Yearly: 20% off

Updating Payment Method

Adding a New Card

  1. Go to Payment Method section
  2. Click Update
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Save

Payment Method Requirements

  • Valid credit or debit card
  • Sufficient funds/credit limit
  • Cards that support recurring payments

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel:

  1. Click Cancel Subscription
  2. Optionally tell us why (helps us improve)
  3. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your server continues until the billing period ends
  • No more charges after current period
  • Server is suspended after period ends
  • Data is retained for 30 days

Before canceling: Download your backups. After the grace period, your data will be deleted.

Reactivating After Cancellation

If you change your mind:

  1. Return to Subscription before the period ends
  2. Click Reactivate
  3. Your server continues uninterrupted

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. Your subscription shows "Past Due"
  3. We'll retry the payment automatically
  4. You have a grace period to update payment

Fixing Failed Payments

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Click Retry Payment (if available)

What If I Don't Fix It?

  • After grace period, server is suspended
  • After extended period, data may be deleted
  • Update payment to restore access

Troubleshooting

Payment Declined

Common reasons:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired
  • Bank blocked the transaction
  • Incorrect card details

Solutions:

  1. Check card details are correct
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Contact your bank to authorize
  4. Try a different card

Can't Change Plan

  1. Ensure subscription is active (not canceled)
  2. Clear any past due payments
  3. Contact support if issues persist

Subscription Shows Wrong Info

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check recent transactions in Invoices
  3. Contact support for discrepancies
