Manage your server subscription, view plans, update payment methods, and access your invoice history.
Only the server owner can access billing information and make changes to the subscription.

Accessing Billing
- Go to your server dashboard
- Click Subscription in the sidebar
- View your current plan and billing details
Subscription Overview
On the Subscription page you'll find:
- Current Plan - Your active plan tier
- Billing Cycle - Monthly, quarterly, or yearly
- Next Payment - When your next charge occurs
- Payment Method - Card on file
- Add-ons - Any extras you've purchased
Common Tasks
View Your Plan
See what's included in your current subscription on the Subscription page.
Upgrade Plan
Need more resources? Upgrade to a higher tier:
- Go to Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select a higher tier
- Complete the upgrade
Add Resources
Need just a bit more RAM or storage?
- Go to Subscription > Add-ons
- Select what you need
- Add to your subscription
View Invoices
Access your payment history:
- Go to Subscription
- Scroll to Billing History
- Click any invoice to view or download
Cancel Subscription
If you need to cancel:
- Go to Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Follow the cancellation process
Canceling will stop your server at the end of the billing period. Make sure to backup your data first.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Regional Methods - Varies by location
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Subscription
- Find Payment Method section
- Click Update
- Enter new card details
- Save changes
