Add-ons let you customize your server with extra resources without changing your entire plan. Add more RAM, storage, or features as needed.
Available Add-ons
Extra RAM
Add more memory to your server:

Purchasing Add-ons
- Go to Subscription in your dashboard
- Find the Add-ons section
- Click Add next to the add-on you want
- Confirm the purchase
Billing:
- Add-ons are added to your regular subscription
- Charged at your normal billing frequency
- Prorated for the current billing period
Managing Add-ons
Viewing Active Add-ons
Your active add-ons appear in the Subscription page under "Active Add-ons".
Removing Add-ons
To remove an add-on:
- Go to Subscription > Add-ons
- Find the add-on to remove
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
What happens:
- Removal takes effect at next billing date
- Resources remain until then
- No charge for the following period
Before removing storage add-ons, ensure your usage is below the new limit.

When to Use Add-ons
- Need just a bit more of one resource
- Don't need all resources of a higher plan
- Want flexibility to adjust
When to Upgrade Instead
- Need significant increases across multiple resources
- Higher plan is more cost-effective
- Want included features of higher plans
Cost Comparison
Sometimes upgrading is cheaper than multiple add-ons:
Example: Need +4 GB RAM and +15 GB storage on Starter
- Add-ons cost: May be close to Pro plan
- Pro plan: Gets you the resources plus more backup slots
Compare total costs before deciding. An upgrade might be more economical.
Add-on FAQ
Do add-ons renew automatically?
Yes, add-ons renew with your subscription until you remove them.
Can I add multiple of the same add-on?
Yes, you can stack add-ons (e.g., 2x +4 GB RAM = +8 GB total).
When do add-on resources become available?
Immediately after purchase. Resources are applied right away.
Do I need to restart for add-ons?
- RAM: Restart may be needed for the server to use new RAM
- Storage: Available immediately
- Backup slots: Available immediately
What happens to my data if I remove storage?
Your data remains, but you can't add more files. You'd need to free up space or restore the add-on.

- Refresh the page
- Check your Invoices for the purchase
- Contact support if still missing
Can't Purchase Add-on
- Ensure your payment method is valid
- Check for any past due amounts
- Verify your subscription is active
Resources Not Increased
- Restart your server (especially for RAM)
- Wait a few minutes for propagation
- Check Subscription to confirm add-on is active
