Inviting Team Members
Add people to your server team by sending email invitations. They'll receive a link to join with the permissions you assign.

Troubleshooting
Email Not Received
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address is correct
- Wait a few minutes and resend
- Try a different email address
Invalid Invitation Link
The link may have:
- Expired - Request a new invitation
- Already been used - They may already have access
- Been canceled - Check with the server owner
Person Already Has Access
If you try to invite someone who already has access:
- An error message appears
- Check the existing team members list
- Update their role instead of re-inviting
Wrong Permission Level
If you sent an invitation with the wrong permission:
- Cancel the pending invitation
- Send a new invitation with the correct level
Or, if already accepted:
- Go to Managing Members
- Update their role
Best Practices
Before Inviting
- Verify identity - Make sure you're inviting the right person
- Choose appropriate level - Start with less access, increase if needed
- Discuss expectations - Let them know what they can/should do
